Challenge
OSL provides teams of well-trained, motivated young individuals to Bell stores,Walmarts and other major retailers that sell mobile devices and related products and services. OSL is so good at what they do that their chokepoint was not sales, but recruiting—getting talented young people onboard and trained up.
solution
Working with a Toronto agency, I helped reposition the company’s website and marketing materials to generate interest among bright, energetic 20-somethings. I shifted the site’s focus on sales to one of recruiting.
Results
Very quickly, OSL had a new chokepoint: onboarding and training. The company continues to grow at a briks pace.
